Levi Cadogan of Quantum Leap answered the question emphatically at the April Classic staged at the National Stadium yesterday.
Last year’s Central American and Caribbean (CAC) silver medallist got a good start and appeared to have the field covered by the time he had come out of the drive phase of the marquee showdown.
He clocked a slowish 10.47 seconds but it is the win that mattered as he faced a field including two of the country’s most promising speedsters.
