ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT is on the way up even as the Grantley Adams Memorial School looks to embrace the Caribbean Vocational Qualifications (CVQs) come September.
But, says principal Dennis Browne, progress would be better if certain issues at the Blackman’s, St Joseph school plant were addressed.
Browne was speaking as past students of the school celebrated its 60th anniversary with a church service at St Ann’s Anglican Church, Parris Hill, St Joseph, yesterday.
The sermon was delivered by Reverend Michael Squires, a member of the school’s Old Scholars’ Association. (HLE)
