THE BARBADOS GOVERNMENT Information Services’ website appears to have been hacked.

This morning visitors to the site were greeted with a message from “Don Hacker” warning that there were “many security holes” in the agency’s system.

The note assured BGIS that its data had not been compromised and the cyber-attack was merely a warning to fix the system. (BN)
