Worrell, Belle settle for second

SHAKIRA Doughlin had the poise and style to beat some of the best in the region in bikini competition but this country’s two leading bodybuilders Hoskins “Biscuits” Worrell and Stevenson Belle had to settle for second best at the Sportsworld Classic in Trinidad andTobago over the weekend.

Doughlin, 25, told MIDWEEK SPORT, she was in the best shape of her life for the annual Caribbean event held at the Joao Havelange Centre of Excellence in Macoya.

“I was more prepared having had the experience of going to CAC [Central and American Championships]. The show was very organised and that helped. I didn’t have any problems at all. I was mentally up for this show.
