CHAMPION JOCKEY Patrick Husbands now seems to be finding his winning touch as he peeled off another three wins on Saturday’s card at the Woodbine Race Track in Canada.

Those wins came in the day’s fourth, ninth and tenth races which gave him five wins for the past week.

He got the ball rolling when he steered home Conquest Pacemaker over a distance of one mile and one sixteenth in a time of 1:42.24 minutes and followed up as My Name Is Michael stopped the clock in 1:43.76 at the same distance.

Husbands then closed out his afternoon astride Hot Hot Heat as they got home in 1:21.36 minutes, covering seven furlongs. (LY)
