ELLERTON PRIMARY won Zone 1, the Antoine Daniel Zone of the 2015 Berger Royale/Cave Shepherd National Primary Schools’ Road Tennis Championship to book a spot in the next round.
Ellerton defeated St Bartholomew Primary and Charles F. Broome 2-1, while the latter got the better of St Bartholomew by the same score when the tournament started on Friday on the grounds at Blackman and Gollop Primary.
Zone 2, the Curtis Jones Zone, will be played at the same venue on Monday and matches will continue at the school during November.
The quarter-finals will be played on November 20, followed by the semi-finals and finals on November 23 and 27, respectively.
