Sir Marston hearing BHL matter

THE COMPANIES FIGHTING over Banks Holdings Ltd are meeting behind closed court doors this afternoon as the war for the local drinks company heats up.

Attorneys and officials from both ANSA McAl and AmBev are appearing before Chief Justice, Sir Marston Gibson, in Court No.1

A court-issued restraining order, applied for by Ansa McAl, is in effect, preventing the two way takeover battle. (HLE)
