THE SUIT INVOLVING Christ Church West Member of Parliament Dr Maria Agard and the Barbados Labour Party has been adjourned until April 7 next year.

When the matter was heard by Justice Olson Alleyne today, defence counsel sought the adjournment.

Opposition Leader Mia Mottley and BLP General Secretary Dr Jerome Walcott have been named in the suit where Agard is seeking damages after her expulsion from the party.

Dr Agard said she was looking forward to her day in court as there is much more that needs to be said. (TKS)
