Norma Holder passes on

ONE OF BARBADOS’ beloved academics and musicians has died.

Norma Holder, a former long-serving principal of the Barbados Community College, passed away early this morning following a brief stay in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

The death of the 79-year-old was confirmed by her life-long partner and husband of 54 years, Jean Holder.

“I have lost a very precious companion and wife,” Holder told the DAILY NATION today. (GE)
