Are you pulling my leg?” she asked.Williams, of Husbands Gardens, St James, is the daughter of Esther and Graham Broome-Webster.She said she was fortunate that her mother paid her tuition at the BCC for the last two years, but had no idea how she would fund further studies overseas and had not even applied to any universities since she had no money.Williams attended People’s Cathedral Primary and Queen’s College.
