FOURTH TIME’S THE CHARM for Sean Watson.
The murder accused from Bannatyne, Christ Church has finally secured freedom after almost four years on remand while awaiting trial for the murder of his estranged wife.
Watson, who was 35 when he was charged with murdering Nicole Harrison-Watson on April 28, 2012, was released on $250 000 bail earlier today after appearing before High Court judge Justice Randall Worrell in the No. 2 Supreme Court.
Watson had made another trip in vain to the Supreme Court last week, but had to wait until conditions of his bail satisfied the court before being released today.
He had also appeared before Justice Worrell twice in 2013, seeking bail from the High Court.
The body of Harrison-Watson, 37, was discovered at her Ferniehurst, Black Rock, St Michael home the afternoon of April 28 after attending a vintage reggae show the night before. (BA)
