THE EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS TRIBUNAL resumed hearing on the matter of the former employees of the National Conservation Commission (NCC) yesterday.
This time it is for the close to 30 workers represented by the Barbados Workers’ Union (BWU).
Attorney Edmund King is appearing for the BWU, while Mitch Codrington is continuing as counsel for the NCC.
Codrington and chairman of the tribunal Hal Gollop disagreed from the outset on the issue of whether workers whose cases were heard at the first hearing for the National Union of Public Workers (NUPW) should be deleted from the list. (YB)
