Family happy Nakira alive

DEATH IS ALWAYS a shock but it’s another thing when it is known that someone had planned their own demise.

That was the case of the Goddard family of Lower Crescent, Gall Hill, Christ Church, after Nakira Goddard, 25, left a suicide note behind in the early hours of Monday morning.

It sent shock waves through the household.

Nakira is currently a patient at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after she was found by police at a Christ Church beach yesterday morning.

A frazzled and visibly shaken Nia Goddard said she breathed deep sighs of relief after her younger sister was found. (MR)
