SADA WILLIAMS is still upbeat about making an impression at the Rio Olympics.

Speaking after returning home yesterday following the disappointment of pulling up in the 200 metres final at the World Under-20 Championships in Bydgoszcz, Poland, the 18-year-old sprinter said that she would have to be further assessed to determine what forced her out of the race.

“I’m not sure. I have to be medically assessed to know what went wrong,” Williams told reporters at the Grantley Adams International Airport.

“I’m very positive. I’m just focused on healing and getting better.”

Despite pulling up, it has not put a damper on Williams as far as the Olympics are concerned. (JC)
