Oh happy day

THERE WAS JUBILATION in parts of Brittons Hill yesterday as a young woman brought glory and pride to the community.

Aziza Clarke, 21, was crowned new calypso monarch in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Her entire household rejoiced with her, friends showed their love and support and while she did not make it to church as usual, her pastor Senator David Durant paid her a congratulatory visit.

As Crop Over 2016 draws to a close today, it will be a season which Aziza will always remember.
