Keith Harris, whose career in entertainment spans over 40 years, said Government was not fully capitalising on an industry worth billions of dollars.

Harris, an awardee of the Order of the British Empire for service to the music industry, was recently in the island to take part in the Business Of Music seminar series hosted in partnership with the Association of Caribbean Copyright Societies and the Copyright Society of Composers, Authors and Performers, with the support of the Caribbean Development Bank.
