A JILTED LOVER appears to be at the heart of the island’s latest violent death – prompting a counsellor to advise troubled couples to make a clean break.

Mere feet from his birthplace and home in Bryan Road, Welchman Hall, St Thomas, Ryan Alexander Archer succumbed to stab wounds about his body, dying in the early hours of yesterday morning.

An inconsolable Crystal Yearwood, who said she saw everything, explained that she and Archer had been “talking” for more than a year after she broke up with the father of her child.

The latter, she said, knew it had been over for quite some time and it was unbelievable what had happened.

“I see everything. I can’t believe it. I can’t believe Ryan gone. He gone and he ain’t coming back. Oh God,” she wailed, hours following the incident. (SDB Media)
