RISING fast bowling all-rounder Jofra Archer created a stir in England earlier this year while representing county side Sussex.
Now, he is back home in Barbados weighing his options about his international future while waiting on the first call from either England or the West Indies.
The 21-year-old Archer, who made an impressive first-class debut for English county Sussex against the touring Pakistan Test side, with a five-wicket match haul, said it is a case of crossing that bridge when the time comes.
“I think it is a bit too soon to make a call right now. I just want to work on bettering my cricket and, afterwards, whatever path I decide, I hope that it will be the right decision” the lanky six-footer told SATURDAY SPORT in an interview yesterday. (EZS)
