Police quickly nab City thief

AN OPPORTUNISTIC thief was apprehended by police in Bridgetown yesterday afternoon.

Police report a man snatched about $100 from a tourist around 11 a.m. yesterday along Broad Street.

The matter was reported to nearby police officers on patrol and the assailant was captured.

The presence of mega cruise ships in the island has resulted in a large number of tourists in The City. (CA)
