WHEN I HEARD that Days Of Our Lives had lost its prominence on CBC-TV8, I felt as though I had won the lottery. For too long, we sat helplessly and watched the morals of our youth deteriorating at the expense of this show.

As if that wasn't enough agony, this soap opera has caused a few good men to be starved or to lie in their eternal resting place.

It is for this reason that I am pleading my heart out to the programme manager of the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation to pull the eternal plug on this soap opera. – SYLVESTER FORDE
