KINGSTOWN, St Vincent - Voters who wish to participate in the November 25 national referendum for a new constitution for St Vincent and the Grenadines were told yesterday that they had less than three weeks to ensure that their names appear on the official list.
"Please note that the Electoral Office is not allowed by law to make changes or additions to the voters' list after November 16, 2009," said Supervisor of Elections Sylvia Findlay in newspaper advertisements. She reminded voters that they must also produce a national form of identification in order to cast a ballot in the referendum to replace the 30-year-old constitution. (CMC)
