A BREAKTHROUGH HAS been made into what police described as the “horrific case” in which the body of Aaron Boyce of Pie Corner, St Lucy, was discovered in a cemetery at Pleasant Hall, St Peter, last month.
Police public relations officer Inspector David Welch said three men were assisting the Royal Barbados Police Force in its investigations.
The woman involved in the matter has still not been publicly named by the police, who are treating her as “a witness and a victim”, Welch said.
Meanwhile, Acting Assistant Commissioner Erwin Boyce said the force should be able to give a further statement on the investigation by the beginning of next week, as he described the case as “horrific” and commended the public for its assistance. (RJ)
