Rough start for Special Olympics

NEWCOMERS SPECIAL OLYMPICS received a rough baptism into the National Sports Council's BICO Primary Schools' Football Competition yesterday, when they were hammered 6-0 by
St Stephen's Primary.
Edward Okey led St Stephen's with a hat-trick, while Elijah Downey added two and Rasheed Bruce also scored.
Will's Primary, also newcomers, had a much easier time in losing 1-0 to St David's on a Deshawn Sylvan goal.
Dario Flatts also scored a hat-trick as Arthur Smith Primary blanked St Bartholomew's 4-0. Deshon Trent added the other goal.
Matches continue today at Glebe, St George; Lumber Co. and Passage Road, St Michael; Trents, St James, and Shorey Village, St Andrew at 9:30 a.m.
