Kenneth Collymore, who was driving the backhoe loader involved in the accident, was very shaken.

KENNETH COLLYMORE has been driving a tractor for 47 years, and he has seen many things on the road.
However, yesterday's accident at The Garden, St James, that left 61-year-old Majorie Boyce dead and 30 people injured, sharply shook him up.
As he began to recount details of the accident, looking at metal from one of the minibuses still attached to his backhoe loader's bucket, the 62-year-old Collymore, of Goodridge Road, The Whim, St Peter, began to cry.
Collymore told the WEEKEND NATION he was on his way to do a job when the accident occurred.
"You know the people were tossed on the side [of one minibus], so they slapped it [the glass] out and climbed through. I get so nervous and now a woman is dead . . . ," he said, his voice trailing off as he choked.
He said the tractor was owned by someone in Ashton Hall, St Peter, for whom he did private jobs. (DS)
