Tudor: Scorecard to measure NISE-ness
Published on: 2/27/08.
THE AWARENESS of the need to be "NISE" is there, but there is still a lot of work to be done.
As such, said Chief Executive Officer of the National Initiative for Service Excellence (NISE), Kim Tudor, they will be launching a national improvement scorecard this year.
She was speaking to the DAILY NATION after a service to mark the Week of Excellence at St Michael's Cathedral, The City on Sunday.
"We are encouraging Barbadians to embrace excellence and certain values in the 21st century. The scorecard will identify five behaviours we want them to embrace, which will be measured yearly to see how we are doing," she said.
As for the progress of NISE, Tudor said she was pleased that several organisations were calling them for their services but added: "There is still a need to put more programmes in place." (CA)
