Louis Randall Tull, QC, MP for his outstanding contribution to the legal profession, public life and community service.
COMPANION OF HONOUR OF BARBADOS
For distinguished national achievement and merit.
*Justice of Appeal Frederick Lawrence Adamstraw Waterman for his public service contribution to the legal profession.
HONORARY COMPANION OF HONOUR OF BARBADOS
*Geoffrey Lakin Bell for his meritorious contribution over the last two decades as an adviser to the Government of Barbados on financial matters.
GOLD CROWN OF MERIT
For highly meritorious service or achievement in science, the arts, literature, sports, civic duties or any other endeavour worthy of national recognition.
* Shouket Assad Abed for his contribution to the community and business.
*John Andrew Frederick Cole for his contribution to the printing industry, tourism and civic duty.
*Dr Ken Rupert Harewood for his contribution to cancer research.

*Audley Lawson Tudor Walker for his contribution to the forging of economic links between Barbados
and Trinidad and Tobago and his contribution to the Barbadian community in Trinidad and Tobago.
