Apes Hill, Ocho Rios ride to the top

THE SECOND ROUND of the four-team polo match series involving Waterhall Apes Hill, Williams Industries Waterhall, Custodian from Australia, and Ocho Rios of the United States came off at Waterhall, St James, on Tuesday.
There were wins for Apes Hill and Ocho Rios. In the first game Apes Hill defeated Custodian 7 goals to 4 1/2, while Williams Industries Waterhall were defeated 7 goals to 5 1/2 by Ocho Rios.
For Apes Hill, Luke Tomlinson and Neil Dickson scored three goals each and Jamie Dickson, one. For the Australians, Craig Wilson scored three and Mark Tomlinson scored the other goal.
For Williams Industries Waterhall, Tom Morley scored three goals, with Jack Kidd and Richard Gooding hitting one goal each. For Ocho Rios, Chris Hyde had three goals, Johnny Good, two, and Simon Holley and Sebastian Dawnay scored one goal each. (CH)
