MANUFACTURERS can expect a boost in their export sales when BMEX 2008 comes off next month at Sherbourne Conference Centre.

They hope that through the Brands of Barbados Buyers Programme, a wide range of regional and international buyers would be in the island to examine products and secure business deals with local manufacturers.

BMEX, the Barbados Manufacturers' Association's flagship exhibition, provides a platform for businesses to showcase its products and services to local as well as regional and international markets.

This year, buyers interested in the exhibition have signed up from Dominica, Trinidad, the United States, Britain, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos, St Thomas of United States Virgin Islands, Haiti and Antigua. (RG)
