Q: Are you where you've always wanted to be?
A: I think there are more blessings coming my way but I am content until they arrive.
Q: What are your biggest professional challenges?
A: Managing people; some of my best and worst decisions have been on HR issues.
Q: What about your biggest life challenge?
A: Improving my walk with God daily.
Q: When you look at your future, what do you see?
A: I see a lot to give thanks for.
Q: What's your favourite pastime?
A: Cooking.
Q: What's your favourite meal?
A: My colleagues at work will laugh when they see this they all know I go to great lengths to get a good Bajan soup.
Q: On Saturday nights where are you likely to be?
A: I am not a creature of habit so I could be anywhere.
Q: What upsets you the most?
A: Inconsiderate drivers.
Q: What is your guiding philosophy?
A: In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight.
Q: If you had a chance to manage Barbados for a day what would you do?
A: I think I will leave this one alone.
