TODAY is semi-final day in the Guardian General Herman Griffith Primary Schools' Cricket Competition.
Yesterday, Erdiston clinched the last semi-final place with an easy 39-run victory over Boscobelle in a quarter-final match at the Wanderers Club ground, Dayrells Road, Christ Church.
After posting 121 for eight in their 25 overs, Erdiston restricted Boscobelle to 82 for eight.
Dikembe Wilson returned a satisfying all-round performance, scoring 32 and collecting two wickets.
Erdiston will meet defending champions Bayley's in their semi-final match at Blenheim 'A' and the other is between St Christopher and Charles F. Broome at Wanderers.
