THIS MORNING, on the fifth anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks on the United States, that country's ambassador to Barbados, Mary Kramer, will lead her staff, members of the diplomatic community and the public in a special tribute to victims.

The wreath-laying ceremony will take place in Queen's Park at 10 a.m. at two permanent memorials to the victims of the attacks that leveled the World Trade Centre in New York and extensively damaged the Pentagon building in Washington, DC in 2001. (RM)
