Published on: 11/5/2009.

PORT-OF-SPAIN - The death toll from Influenza A H1N1 cases in Trinidad and Tobago has risen to five, while the number of people confirmed to have contracted the virus has reached 210.

The latest figures were disclosed by the Ministry
of Health on Tuesday, even as news surfaced of a sixth swine flu-related death at the San Fernando General Hospital. The ministry did not confirm if a police officer who was being treated for the virus did in fact die from the virus. (Trinidad Express)
