Ministry out of snail bait

I WOULD like to comment on two issues appearing in your letters section recently. Jason Archer’s article about the snails is correct.

At this time when the rain is coming all “stations” are out of the pellets.

Is the Ministry of Environment responsible for this serious matter, about getting rid of the African Snails? The other topic concerns Rihanna.

I wish her well and have no objection to giving her something. But at this time when people are out of work, interest mounting on the large outstanding debts, the court ordering  Government to pay a construction company, and so on, Rihanna should have been given some other type of gift.

Remember, she earns tons of money; bought a fancy house in Hollywood, and will seldom be here. Maybe the Government can reward her by putting her on a stamp.
