Food for thought

FOOD FOR THOUGHT. Staff at the Edgar Cochrane Polyclinic spent this week educating patients about diabetes complications.
   Particular attention was paid to feet, with patients being taught how to treat them. Patients were also instructed on proper diets.
   Here, patient Maureen Parris is given tips for healthy cooking and shown some of the local foods such as green bananas and breadfruits by senior health sister and coordinator of the activities, Cicely Destang, while nurse Viola Mason looks.
