CONSUELO DUPAL is the reigning “Miss Caribbean Talented Teen”.
This 19-year-old has quite a bit on her plate. While she pursues her degree in the tourism sector, she works in concierge services at a hotel, models, dances, and also owns and manages her own promotion company.
With such a full schedule, Consuelo says that she doesn’t really have “free” time and she isn’t really much of a reader.
“I don’t have time. If something really good caught my eye, perhaps, but honestly if you want me to read it I hope that it is on the Internet,” the St Lucian beauty says with a flash of her broad grin.
Consuelo has appeared on stage as a backup dancer for many regional soca and calypso artistes and says she loves anything that puts her in the spotlight.
“I have been dancing from the age of three and I love it, so when I am on stage it is all normal for me,” she said.
Currently enjoying her reign as Miss Caribbean Talented Teen, Consuelo says: “I love marketing; that I will read about. I think about it all the time. Even when I am here in Barbados I have promotions going on at home and my head is always where my business is,” she said.
