PM feels faint

The euphoria of last night’s Democratic Labour Party (DLP) St John launch seemed for a brief moment to be too much for Prime Minister Freundel Stuart.
Minutes after leaving the political platform at Gall Hill, St John where he delivered a powerful endorsement of Mara Thompson’s candidacy, the PM reportedly fell faint.
Eyewitnesses said Stuart appeared a little jaded. They reported that his feet buckled and he was given an energy drink before leaving the packed meeting.
Stuart was last in a lineup of speakers that included Finance Minister Chris Sinckler, Minister of Housing Michael Lashley and Minister of Labour Esther Byer-Suckoo. (CM)
