Blackett lead from the time that General Manager of the National Conservation Commission, Keith Blackett fired the starting pistol on Brandons Beach with students from the Garrison Secondary, St. Leonard’s and Princess Margaret Secondary, a group of local lifeguards joining 170 visitors from Caribbean Princess in powering towards SBI to turn and head to Dacosta before returning to the Beach.
