Springer, HC still in lead

The Springer Memorial School and Harrison College continued to lead in the early session of the 2011 Powerade Secondary School Athletics Championships today at the National Stadium.
Among the girls Springer increased their lead slightly to 66 points. Harrison College has moved into second position with 34 points. Combermere slipped to third with 30 points.
Alleyne School made a big move from 16 to 29 points and Queen’s College remained on 27 but fell to fifth.
Harrison College has 59 points among the boys. Lester Vaughan remained in second place with 50 points and St Leonard’s made a slight move to 48.
The Lodge School and Combermere exchanged positions in the morning session. Lodge are on 43 points and Combermere are fifth, three below them.
