Major works at Erdiston

Erdiston Teachers’ Training College will undergo some major refurbishments in the next few months.
Minister of Education Ronald Jones told the media yesterday it would cost a few millions to have infrastructural work carried out on four major buildings, one of which would require a new roof.
Moments earlier he had spoken at a ceremony welcoming  nearly 500 teachers/trainees participating in various education programmes.
Jones said plans had started for the refurbishment of the library and auditorium and monies had been put aside for that work. (CT)
