Bajans celebrate island’s 45th

BARBADIANS?have to hold true to the values and ideas that have been the bedrock of the country.
Officiating minister Canon Noel Burke made that call at the National Independence Service before a packed St Mary’s Church, yesterday evening.
One of the highlights of the programme was the presentation of the National Flag by the Barbados Girl Guides, captured here wrapping it at the conclusion of the service.
