St. Lucia: Anthony sworn in

CASTRIES, St. Lucia, CMC – Dr. Kenny Anthony was sworn in as Prime Minister of St. Lucia  for a third occasion, two days after his St. Lucia Labour Party (SLP) won the general election here.
Anthony, 60, a Constitutional Law expert, was prime minister here from 1996-2006 when the SLP was defeated by the United Workers Party (UWP).
Preliminary results from the election show that the SLP won 10 of the 17 seats.
