Barbados’ latest centenarian has some advice for young people.
She wants them to God and stay out of trouble.
Gladys Trotman, who was surrounded by friends and family, shared the advice during her birthday celebrations earlier today.
She said young people should also try to hold on to positive role models.
Acting Governor General Elliot Belgrave visited the centenarian, who was a former housekeeper.
Trotman has eight children; 16 grand-children, 14 great-grands and two great-great grands. (AH) Â
