GEL shake-up
Goddard Enterprises Limited (GEL) is about to shake up the way it does business by removing nearly all its company executives from the conglomerate’s board of directors.
The only executive on the payroll who will remain on the board is chief executive officer Martin Pritchard.
The others will be replaced by people from outside the company as GEL makes some major shifts in its corporate governance structure.
Pritchard told the SUNDAY SUN the local conglomerate that operates in 23 countries was seeking to adhere to corporate best practices by the inclusion of more non-executive directors.
