No more sno-cones for Sister Marshall

Sister Magrita Marshall has been forced to “park the cart” and pull the plug on her sno-cone selling in The City – a six-day-a-week duty for the past 35 years.
Just before Christmas last year, Sister Marshall, one of Barbados’ most well known gospel artists, went to “death’s door” after falling gravely ill in the middle of the night.
Now in “retirement”, she is singing the praises of God for rescuing her – even though she has been forced out of offering her “sweet servings” to her faithful Bridgetown patrons.
Here, Sister Marshall relaxing at her Jackson, St Michael home as she tells the SUNDAY?SUN of her near-death experience.
