Sir David on CCJ

He was one of the architects and driving forces behind its formation.
Now with the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) celebrating its seventh year and for the first time taking its decision-making mechanism outside of its headquarters in Port of Spain, Trinidad, former Barbados Chief Justice Sir David Simmons is elated at its success to date.
In an interview with Associate Managing Editor Tim Slinger, Sir David says he hopes other Caribbean countries would recognize the importance of the court and get on board.
