How to get cellulite-free legs

Peter Wickham’s Cadres polls passed through my mind as a likely option for conducting a leg poll in Barbados.
I often hear people say “Man! Peter’s polls does be accurate” and it is imperative that we have facts to assist in implementing strategies.
These strategies should solve our continued notoriety for leg amputations while reinforcing the divine nature of Barbadian-grown silent doctors.
Incidentally, last week my legs confronted anxious moments.
While reading the October issue of BETTER HEALTH, I was impressed with the legs of Saskia Griffith, the  Central American And Caribbean and Barbados Bikini Fitness Queen.
I became more anxious viewing the legs of 47-year-old Figure Olympia 2012 contestant Rosalind Vanterpool on Page 35A of the October 3 MIDWEEK NATION. The legs displayed in those publications were toned and healthy, and I congratulate those ladies.
As for my leg update, they felt intimidated by Saskia and Rosalind. In fact, they are being feverishly worked out in the Fitness Zone – I took three spin classes, two hours’ each treadmill and bicycle, steps, regular leg exercises and other routines.
My diet is on lockdown and my legs are motivated. So be informed they are not making any sport. Therefore I issue a challenge to the above ladies.
In November 2013, I would appreciate meeting them onstage for a leg and feet pose-down. My legs groomed with silent doctors await confirmation for this challenge.
This week I am delighted to address the topic Silent Doctors And Cellulite Deconstruction.
Cellulite is caused by fat deposits just below the skin that give legs, especially thighs, a dimpled appearance.
Those with cellulite must follow a routine of exercise, good eating habits, proper blood circulation, adequate hydration for body cells, stress reduction, skin treatments and maintaining ideal body weight.
Silent doctors lemon, dandelion, nettle, flax seeds, thyme and rosemary can be employed.
Try stimulating circulation with ginger, turmeric, cayenne pepper, garlic or rosemary tea.
Additionally, applying the oil recommended last week and adding one drop of almond/khus-khus grass oil is helpful. So is a mixture of blended ripe golden apples, grapefruit skin, “Bajan” almonds and their ripe skin, kelp, wonder-of-the-world and khus-khus grass – apply externally every two days for as long as desired.
Consume golden apples blended with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Furthermore, I urge you to try reflexology, aromatherapy and skipping. Our Creator is in charge and cellulite skin can be dislodged with increased efforts.
