Christmas is a time of giving, sharing and spreading cheer.
And scores of needy children are expected to benefit this Christmas from the proceeds of the inaugural Carols at the Abbey Christmas event held at St Nicholas Abbey on Sunday.
Scores of kind-hearted Barbadians and visitors who attended the charitable event at the Jacobean mansion went with their gifts so that smiles could be placed on the face of many children this Yuletide season.
The gifts, as well as funds, will be handed over to the Rotary Club West, who in turn will distribute them to children.
Here, Kylie Gibson, 4, posing with the gifts under the Christmas tree at the Abbey.
