Police charges another precious metal dealer

Police yesterday arrested and charged a 62-year-old man for engaging in business transactions as a precious metal dealer without a licence.
He is business owner Hazel Augustine Butcher of Westmoreland, St James who was operating without a licence between February 15 and March 11, 2013.
Police stated today that a search warrant was executed at his business Butcher’s Jewellery  and a quantity of  jewellery was seized.
Butcher is expected to appear in court today.
