Police are currently carrying out investigations after a body was discovered on the Welches Beach in Welches, Christ Church this morning.
A City resident, Curtis Agard told NATIONNews that he went to the location this morning to fish and he discovered the body washed ashore.
It was “about half past eight” this morning, he reported.
“I was on the rock and about to throw out my line to do fishing when I see this thing looking like skin come up against the rock. I then called 211,” he said.
Police on the scene confirmed the body is that of a man but said they had no further information as yet.
The body is yet to be identified. (MM)
