Members of the Barbados National Trust presented a plaque yesterday to the Government Electrical Engineering Department in recognition of the restoration work done on that historic building.
“We do this process of recognizing the restoration of historical architecture all the time, but this is building number two that we have recognized in this way,” said William Gollop, general manager of the National Trust.
He praised Government, the agencies and workers who were involved in the restoration.
